Catholic Schools Week
From January 30 - Febuary 6 we'll be celebrating Catholic Schools Week. This year's theme, “Dividends for Life,” focuses on the lasting benefits of a Catholic Education. Besides offering sound academic instruction, a Catholic education emphasizes spiritual, moral, and social values. Look for some special events during the week.
Casino Royale
A very special event is being planned by the Parent Teacher Group to benefit Saint Patrick School. It will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2010 and themed around the James Bond movie Casino Royale. There will be music, dancing, cocktails, gaming tables, and an auction. Through your generosity and support of past events we have been able to keep tuition increases to a minimum, and provide for various enrichments for our students, faculty, staff and campus. You can help by donating an auction item or asking a local merchant for a donation. Check out the Casino Royale Gala website for forms and information.
Hallway Artwork
Student artwork is always on display within the hallways of our school. If you haven't had the opportunity to wander the halls, then click here to view some highlights of the current displays.
Pizza Lunch and Smoothies
Just a reminder that the 8th grade is offering pizza lunches every Monday. The pizza program finances the Yosemite trip, the graduation picnic, graduation dinner dance, and other 8th grade activities. Please support the 8th grade and make your Monday a Pizza day! Sign-up forms are available here. Smoothies from World Wraps are also available on Mondays for snack time. Get your order form here.
Volunteer Hours
If you'd like to record some of those hard-earned volunteer hours, try out the revamped volunteer hours system located under "Parents" in the left-hand menu. Instructions for how to use the new system are available there as well.
